• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳16,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳31,000.
• A bonus applies to one account only.

• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

11. Technical Issues and Dispute Resolution

If a game result is abnormal due to a technical error or server issue, the relevant bet may be declared void and the deposited amount may be refunded.
